RIPPED combines all the essentials of a well-rounded workout. This is the program for everyone looking to get lean, toned and fit! Combining the fitness principles of Resistance, Intervals, Plyometrics, Power and Endurance, you are guaranteed to be DRENCHED!
Kettlebells and dumbbells are used in this program.


DRENCHED is what you'll be at the end of each of these workouts. Using traditional resistance training and metabolic conditioning exercises, you will gain overall strength and cardiovascular performance as well as confidence in your form and technique.
This program uses modern science principles to work your body from head to toe with an emphasis on correct body posture, maximizing core strength and balance, mobility and flexibility and improving overall strength and endurance.
This program uses dumbbells and kettlebells.
